Your Freedom Season

Privacy Policy

Last updated November 3, 2026

Your Freedom Season is run by MADI DESIGN LLC, DBA Your Freedom Season, in California. This page explains what information we collect when you use yourfreedomseason.com and its subdomains (the "site"), why we collect it, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and you can leave at any time.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you sign up for the weekly email, a free guide, a waitlist, or a launch notification, we ask for your email address and, sometimes, your first name. If you email us, we keep the email and your address so we can reply.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and when) to keep the site running and secure. The email tool we use records whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so we can see what's useful and what isn't.

What we don't collect. We don't take payments on this site, so we never see your card or bank details. Purchases are made through Stan (our store and checkout provider), under Stan's own privacy policy.

How we use it

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers below, who process it on our behalf.

Who handles your data

Cookies

This site doesn't set tracking cookies of its own. Embedded services (the Instagram feed and the email sign-up form) may set their own, and our email tool may use a cookie to recognize you if you've signed up before. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Affiliate links

Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The other company may set a cookie to credit the referral; that happens on their site under their policy, not ours.

Your choices

Children

The site and our emails are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has given us their email, let us know and we'll delete it.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers and keep access to our accounts limited and protected. No system is perfect, so we can't promise absolute security, but we take it seriously.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for anything significant, mention it in the weekly email.
